Platform for Prescription(Rx) Generation For Doctors
Managed a team of 13 talented UX.UI designers, Product designers, Graphic Designers & UX Researcher to fuel the implement the design strategy for Docon as a meand of digital transformation of doctors workflow and generating an e-Prescription (Rx) as an outcome benefitting both patient & doctors as a steady reference. Docon offers a digital healthcare platform that streamlines prescription writing, e-consultations, and clinic management, improving efficiency for doctors and enhancing patient care.

Background
Docon (Acquired by Pharmeasy) was born out of the idea that it is very difficult for clinics to track and monitor pateint history and similar patients miss out a lot of details of importance, most importantly are at a risk of loosing important documentation for tracking patient history. Not just that, pateints can choose to instantly order from pharmeasy right after the consultation.
Purpose, Process & People
As a newly appointed design manager, during covid lockdown, my task was to gather a new remote team of 10 and deploy them to manage multiple platforms for the success of the EMR portal and fuel business growth. Pharmeasy was eyeing an IPO and doctor portal is a key to multifold the business.
Purpose
Clearly laid out the goal, metrics and KPIs for designers at the start according to their respective roles and froze them on Darwin Box. Collaborated with CS, Data & Sales teams to chalk out their existing signals they measure and customer voice they track and made it available to design teams. Crafted the Roles & Responsibilities document for 40+ design members of the team with attention to traits one should display in order to grow into the next role. Link
Process
Created DRD (Design Requirement Document) template, research templates, workshop templates & presentation templates and aligned the workforce to use Trello & JIRA to aid the process with a daily scrum. Brought along the Figma transition from Sketch. Kept some bandwidth for contingencies and unknown problems (especially during covid lockdown - undertaking projects like vaccination app)
People
Fuelled effective team collaboration apart from the generic PM-Design, Design-Tech, channelled design team to interact with Sales, CS, Ops team leads to understand and cross verify the challenges posed. Kept fridays for design workshops for unlearning & learning with a idea of cross-mentorship which was even attended by PMs as a up-skill routine & getting to know finer design aspects

An enhanced EMR (Electronic medical Reocorder) for doctors to set aside their traditional paper pen workflows and elevate consultation & prescription expereince for both patient & doctors. Link
Doctor App
A lighter version of EMR and e-consult for doctors to consult or revist patient history on the go. Especially use-full for doctors on the move or managing multiple clinics at once. Link
Patient App
Developed this as a afterthought of doctor engagement on Doctor EMR. The idea was that during covid lockdown - a lot of patients were looking to reconnect to their doctors. Link
Website 2.0

Doctor UX Research
Co-conducted largest study (100 Page Report) comprising of 100+ doctors over 1.5 months and published a report to map their behaviours, personas, likes, dislikes and what would it take to bring structural behaviour change to go digital. This enabled different teams in product prioritisation and provided a base to the quant data observed. Full Report Link
